4-Ingredient Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 6)
2 lbs. 85% ground beef
1 box Stovetop Stuffing mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13″ baking pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. *Laurie’s Tip: For quick clean-up, I line the pan with aluminum foil and spray. Did you know, to get a perfect lining, stretch aluminum foil over the BACK of the pan and form, remove foil and it fits PERFECTLY inside the pan?

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and water together until well combined.

Step 3: Add the stuffing mix, ground beef, and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.

Step 4: Transfer the meat to the baking dish and shape the meat into a loaf.

Step 5: Brush the meatloaf evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Step 6: Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then slice and serve.
