Crescent Roll Cheesey Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients

6 T butter (melted)
2 tsp. minced garlic,
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 T. garlic salt or granulated garlic
3 c. Mozzarella cheese (divided)

Laurie’s Tip: I prefer to use granulated garlic instead of garlic salt because I prefer a more intense garlic flavor without all the added saltiness of garlic salt. It is your preference if you wish to use more or less.

Directions
Step 1: Melt butter and whisk in minced garlic, parsley flakes, and garlic salt or granulated garlic.

Step 2: Unroll each of the crescent rolls packages side by-side and brush the dough with the butter mixture. Sprinkle with 2 c. Mozzarella cheese.

Step 3: Roll each of the dough sections back up. Place both rolls side-by-side, seam side down in a well greased bread baking pan.

Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 42 mins. Sprinkle top with 1 c. Mozzarella and bake another 5 minutes until golden brown.
