Old Fashion Ham Salad

Got leftover ham from Easter? This simple ham salad is great on sadwiches or topping a cracker for a quick snack!

Old Fashion Ham Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups leftover ham, roughly diced
¼ cup sweet onion, roughly diced
2 cups celery, roughly sliced
½ cup mayonnaise (I prefer Miracle Whip for this recipe)
3 tablespoons sweet relish
1 tsp. celery salt
Kosher salt, to taste (start with a pinch)
Ground back pepper to taste (start with a pinch)

Directions

Step 1: Place ham into the food processor and process until it's finely minced. Remove from food processor and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Place onion into the food processor and process until it's finely minced. Remove from food processor and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Place celery into the food processor and process until it's finely minced. Remove from food processor and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 4: Add mayonnaise, relish and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and stir well until full combined. Place in covered container and refrigerate overnight.
